KUWAIT CITY, March 6: The security authorities have arrested three Americans including a woman for possessing and trafficking in narcotics, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added, the arrest came after the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior received a report that the three people trafficking in drugs.
Armed with a search and arrest warrant issued by the Public Prosecution personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) then raided the place and arrested the three people and seized from them 174,000 dinars and $340,000 believed to be proceeds from drugs sales in addition to 20 kilos of marijuana. The suspects have been handed over to the General Department for Drugs Control (GDDC). During interrogation they are said to have admitted to the charges filed against them – consuming and trafficking in drugs
