KUWAIT CITY, Aug 4: Presidency of the General Staff of Kuwait Armed Forces has affirmed that it has taken all legal measures against propagandists and false statements circulating on social media, reports Al-Nahar daily.In a statement posted on its official Twitter account, it stated that it has noticed some people lately have launched a media campaign on social media with the aim of questioning the professionalism and work of the armed forces through the dissemination of rumors and false statements that do not contain an iota of truth.It denounced these types of campaigns, affirming its confidence in the members of the armed forces. It called on everyone to be accurate when dealing with information and ensuring to verify the information before distributing it.
