KUWAIT CITY, Feb 16: The Criminal Court has sentenced a well-known blogger to 3 years in prison with hard labor for insulting HH the Amir and publishing false news, reports Al-Rai daily.
The Public Prosecution had charged the suspect of publishing ‘phrases’ on his Twitter account deemed offensive to HH the Amir. He is also charged with abusing the means of communication (mobile phone).
