KUWAIT CITY, Sept 24: Fire erupted in a vehicle and brought traffic to a standstill at the roundabout opposite Kaifan. Acting on information, firemen rushed to the scene and dealt with it without any report of human casualty.A fire source said the Operations Room of the Fire Department received a distress call about smoke emerging from a vehicle in Kaifan area just before it burst into flames, and a team of firemen that went to the scene managed to quench the flames without any human casualty.Traffic men removed the vehicle from the road, and traffic was restored
