KUWAIT CITY, March 8 : The Central Agency for Information Technology affirmed the importance of digitalization in improving work quality in the public sector and support Kuwait’s 2035 vision. Shifting into digital technology poses many challenges and risks to companies, as the public and private sectors are exerting efforts to achieve a safe digital transformation, the agency’s technical consultant Dr Anwar Al-Harbi said during his speech at the opening of the “Mechanization: a key to digitalization” conference on Wednesday. The two-day conference presents the recent developments in global methods to tackle challenges facing companies in digitalization, he noted. The conference targets supervisors, public and private sectors’ information technology specialists and data storage and human resources departments. (KUNA)
