KUWAIT CITY, Oct 13: A Doctor was assaulted at a clinic over a disagreement, when the security personnel intervened he too was insulted and assaulted. No data of the accused was found but the surveillance cameras managed to capture his car number plate which has been provided to the security men. On investigating the car number plate, it was found that the vehicle is registered in the name of a Kuwaiti citizen. The accused has been summoned for investigation and a case has been filed for insulting and assaulting a public employee on duty.
