KUWAIT CITY, Jun 2: The General Administration of Criminal Investigation managed to arrest an Egyptian expat on charges of inciting the workers of a company to flee from the isolated area in Farwaniya against the decision of the Cabinet Ministers

A security source told that the instigator, who is responsible for these workers was referred to the jurisdiction where he will be deported from the country. Other workers who were caught were returned back to their homes again after it became clear during interrogations that they were forced against their will to try to escape from Farwaniya area.

The source added that during the interrogation, the instigator admitted that he had telephoned all the workers asked them to escape from the Farwaniya area and found on his phone the numbers of all the workers who tried to escape.

The source pointed out that the intensive field deployment of the detectives as well as the security, public, and traffic contributed to thwarting many of the efforts of the owners of the companies and their officials in smuggling their workers out of the isolated areas pointing out that the security men monitored many of these cases and responded to them.
