KUWAIT CITY, Dec 17: An Egyptian woman kicked her husband out of their marital home in Hawally area and filed a case against him at the police station because he attacked her during an argument between them, reports Al-Rai daily. After the case was filed, securitymen summoned him to the police station for questioning. He complied and confessed to beating his wife because he had lost his temper during an argument. He revealed that she evicted him from the house as the contract of the house was in her name. She had submitted a medical report to securitymen to indicate the injuries she sustained. Necessary action was taken.‘No criminal suspicion’: A Kuwaiti citizen and a Saudi national have been released after they were detained in Salwa Police Station for taking pictures and videos of a mosque in Salwa area, reports Al-Rai daily. When the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about two individuals in a vehicle with Saudi number plate taking photos of the mosque, securitymen rushed to the location and found the duo. They were taken to the police station for questioning but they were later released after it was discovered they were just practicing their hobby of photography and filming and that there was no criminal suspicion behind their act.
