KUWAIT CITY, May 7: If the month of Ramadan lasts for 29 days, then Eid Al-Fitr holidays will be for five days starting from Tuesday, June 4 to Saturday, June 8, with work resuming as usual on Sunday, June 9, reports Al-Rai daily quoting informed sources.

They explained that Eid Al-Fitr holidays will start from Wednesday, June 5 and end on Saturday, June 8 if the month of Ramadan lasts for 30 days.

Work will resume as usual on Sunday, June 9. The aforementioned is how Eid Al-Fitr holidays will be calculated. Nevertheless, the final decision on the number of holidays will be taken by the Council of Ministers.
