KUWAIT CITY, Oct 14: An unidentified woman, believed to be European, has been deported from the country for practicing prostitution, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added police acting on information put the woman under surveillance and caught her red-handed while having sex with a stranger. During interrogation the woman said she had made KD 25,000 in just three weeks after arriving in the country.

Trio arrested: Police have arrested three young Kuwaitis for possessing and consuming drugs, reports Al-Rai daily. The suspects were caught in Salwa by a police patrol for allegedly approaching a women congregation at a Husseiniya in the area and when police were checking their IDs, securitymen found they were under the influence of drugs. Police have seized from them two pieces of hashish. At the time of arrest they appeared abnormal. It has also been reported they tried in vain to escape from police. They have been referred to the General Department for Drugs Control.
