KUWAIT CITY, June 17: Sources in Residency Affairs stated that it was premature to talk about issuing of new work permits or opening of all kinds of visit visas. Only those expats who have valid residence and are vaccinated will be allowed to enter Kuwait from August 1st until further notice.
Opening of visit visas or granting new work visas is currently issued in coordination and approval of the Ministerial Committee and the Residency Affairs to implement any instructions received, reports Al Anba. The sources further stated that expats who have received both doses of vaccine will be linked to renewal of residence under the national vaccination program.
