KUWAIT CITY, Mar 05: The Kuwait Cabinet held an extraordinary meeting to discuss the implications of the Coronavirus, which infected 58 people in Kuwait.

The government will determine whether to continue with holidays according to several data, which are the reported by the international organization and the number of infections in the country and in the coming period.

The source confirmed that the government, with recommendations from Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, is keen on to preserve the health of Kuwaitis and expats and take precautionary measures at all places, extraordinary sessions are ongoing at any time that will be held whenever required.

A source confirmed that the government will determine the extension of the holidays with the Ministry of Education, universities and institutes in next cabinet session, whether exceptional or regular session.
