KUWAIT CITY, Aug 20: Personnel from the General Department for Drugs Control (GDDC) have arrested a Kuwaiti Fashionista and 4 of her friends -- two girls and two young men – and referred them to the Public Prosecution for consuming drugs and possessing chemical substances, reports Al-Anba daily. Armed with a search and warrant issued by the public prosecution, security men raided the suspects’ hideout and arrested them after receiving a tip-off from a police agent
