KUWAIT CITY, Sept 15: Hawally securitymen arrested an Indian for attempting to rape a Kuwaiti woman at a private hospital where the latter went for hearing test, reports Al-Rai daily.The woman lodged a complaint at Jabriyah Police Station, saying she went to the private hospital for a hearing test to be carried out by the Indian technician. She realized that the suspect was touching sensitive parts of her body during the test and when she could no longer bear it so she cried out for help.The suspect escaped from the hospital immediately, but the woman provided police with a detailed description.The officers obtained a warrant from the Public Prosecution to arrest the suspect. During the arrest, the officers found out that the suspect is registered as a restaurant worker in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh. Investigation is ongoing to verify his academic qualification to carry out such a technical procedure in a hospital and the primary case of attempted rape.
