Curfew timing 8 pm - 5am - Malls open from 30th Jun
KUWAIT CITY, Jun 25: The government’s spokesman, Tariq Al-Muzram, announced today, Thursday, that the Council of Ministers has decided to continue isolation on Frawaniya, Jleeb, and Mahboula.
Al-Muzram said during an inquiry that the lifting of the ban on these areas was due to the health authorities whenever they saw the appropriate time.
The Cabinet decided today, Thursday, to start the second stage of the plan for the gradual return to normal life, and to shorten the curfew timing to from 8 pm until 5 am starting from Tuesday, 30 June 2020.
The cabinet decided in its extraordinary meeting today to start the launch of the second phase of the plan for the gradual return to normal life, which includes the reopening of commercial complexes at 30% of its capacity such as Avenues, 360, Marina and Souq Sharq, to name a few, but not limited to restaurants and cafes from 10 am to 6 pm. Most important of which are customers will not be able to dine/sit but only allowed to take away their orders.
The Council of Ministers also decided to cancel the decision to suspend work in government departments and its amendments, and start work from Tuesday with a capacity of not more than 30%.
Reopening of parks and gardens is among the activities decided by the Council of Ministers within the framework of the second phase plan that begins this 30th of June along with malls in Kuwait.
