KUWAIT CITY, Feb 4: The Hawalli Public Prosecutor have ordered the detention of two officers working for the Kuwait Army and an unidentified Kuwaiti for poking fun at a fast food delivery man and unleashing their pet dog at the man which allegedly bit the man in the hand, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to the security sources the arrest came after the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior was informed about the incident. During interrogation the men claimed the dog did not bite the victim in spite of the wound on the hand being clearly visible.

However, the men have been arrested and a Forensic report is awaited to ascertain the truth. The Anba daily said the three suspects were detained for 24 hours at the Jabriya Police Station and then referred to the Public Prosecutor
