KUWAIT CITY, Aug 17: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has called on Kuwaitis wishing to obtain Schengen visas to submit the visa application through the offices approved by the concerned embassies, reports Al-Qabas daily. The ministry stressed in a statement today, Tuesday, the importance of submitting the visa application before a sufficient period of travel date at least several months in advance, laying emphasis on submitting all required documents to the office approved by the embassy, and avoiding dealing with intermediaries not approved by the embassy to book an appointment for submitting the visa application.

The ministry stressed that the citizens must remain committed to the appointment date provided by the office approved by the embassy, to avoid any delay in the visa issuance process, and the importance of following up on periodic bulletins issued by embassies from time to time and ensuring that information is obtained only from their official sources.
