KUWAIT CITY, Oct 6: The Ministry Of Interior arrested 4 persons who ran a liquor factory in the Kabd area. The Jahara Governorate Security Directorate found 400 bottles in possession which were ready for sale. They have been referred to the competent authorities to take legal action against them.
