KUWAIT CITY, Nov 4: The Directorate-General of Security Relations and Media Information at the Ministry of Interior said a video contest organized by a young man was summoned for interrogation by the CID men, reports Al-Anba daily.
The daily added, after the clip was posted in the social media, the CID men tracked and arrested after taking permission from the Public Prosecution.
He has been referred to the concerned authority. It is noteworthy to mention the young man came out with a strange idea and announced a competition for the most beautiful legs and awarded a golden anklet prize for the most beautiful legs worth more than KD 250.
