KUWAIT CITY, March 21: A 4WD vehicle toppled on Abdali Road resulting in the death of the driver and serious injuries to his passenger. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the accident, securitymen, firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the location. They discovered that two people were trapped inside the toppled 4WD and pulled them out only to realize that one of them had succumbed to serious injuries. His corpse was referred to the Forensics Department. The other victim who was barely alive was referred to Jahra Hospital where he was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit. Securitymen removed the vehicle from the road and organized the traffic. Investigations have been launched to determine the cause of the accident.

Car on fire: Fire broke out in a vehicle on Sixth Ring Road. No casualties were reported but material loss was incurred.
