KUWAIT CITY, July 21: Director General of the Public Authority for Youth (PAY) Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi says the authority has offered 857 free training opportunities to Kuwaiti youth with the cooperation of Huawei Technology Company in order to provide them with advanced technological skills in this field and enhance their competitiveness in the local labor market, reports Al-Shahid daily.

He affirmed that the authority is sparing no effort in working to provide opportunities for Kuwaiti youth by building partnerships with various government agencies and the private sector.
