KUWAIT CITY, March 9: A blonde semi-nude girl was seen on a motorbike with a young man in Salmiya area. The incident resulted in traffic jam, as a group of young motorists tried to follow them. Acting on information, a team of security operatives went to the location to maintain order, but the motor rider with his partner and their followers managed to escape before their arrival.
According to security sources, there’s no law in the country banning girls from riding motorbikes but there are rules in that regard, which include dress code, in order to protect the riders and other roadusers. They pointed to a team of traffic men specialized in checking motor riders that violate traffic regulations.
