KUWAIT CITY, Feb 10: Police are looking for a Syrian man for sexually assaulting a 22-year-old mentally retarded woman, reports Al- Anba daily. In the complaint to the police, the father said the Syrian took his daughter to an apartment in Farwaniya and raped her. According to security sources, when police went to the apartment of the suspect, they failed to find him.
