KUWAIT CITY, Nov 10 : Qadisiya securitymen arrested a young Kuwaiti man, in his 20s, for running over a female compatriot in her 40s who died on the spot, reports Alrai daily.A security source disclosed the tragic accident took place on the Third Ring Road where the young man’s vehicle crashed into the car of the victim.The woman stopped to see the extent of damage but the young man run over her in an attempt to escape from the accident scene, resulting in her instantaneous death.
